When you do the following activities in your InControl checking account during a Monthly Qualification Cycle, your monthly service fee of $5.00 will be waived:

 

  • Be enrolled in and agree to receive e-statements
  • Maintain a valid email address on record with us

Fee is not waived if these activities do not occur. Your aggregate fee reduction earnings will be credited to your InControl Checking account in the last day of the current statement cycle. Rates and rewards are variable and may change after account is opened.

TRUTH-IN-SAVINGS DISCLOSURE KASASA IN CONTROL ACCOUNT

Minimum balance to open the account - You must deposit $50.00 to open this account.

Minimum balance requirement – There is no minimum balance required to maintain this account.

Limitations on frequency of transfers – No transaction limitations apply to this account.

Qualifications - To earn your reward, the following enrollments must be in place during each monthly qualification cycle:

  • Be enrolled in and have agreed to receive Electronic Statements (e-statements) rather than paper statements. Receiving paper statements disqualifies you from receiving reward
  • •Maintain a valid email address on record with bank

Monthly qualification cycle - Monthly qualification cycle means a period beginning one business day prior to the first day of the current statement cycle through one business day prior to the close of the current statement cycle. If you do not meet the qualifications this monthly cycle, you have the opportunity to meet the qualifications the following month.

Rewards Information: When your In Control account qualifications are met during the monthly qualification cycle, your monthly Kasasa In Control Checking Service Charge of $5 will be eliminated. When your In Control account qualifications are not met, the monthly Kasasa In Control Checking Service Charge is not eliminated. Your Kasasa In Control Checking Service Charge will be eliminated on the last day of the current statement cycle. No minimum balance is required to earn or receive the account's reward.

Effect of closing account - If the account is closed before the reward is credited to it, you will not be charged the Kasasa In Control Checking Service Charge.

Liitation on Number of Accounts - Limit one Kasasa In Control account per social security number.

Additional Terms:

You will automatically qualify to earn your reward for the first statement cycle after account opening.

This account is not to be used for commercial purposes. The Kasasa In Control Checking Service Charge will be charged to the account on the last day of the current statement cycle monthly. When you close this account, you will not be charged the monthly Kasasa In Control Checking Service Charge for that statement cycle.
